DCS TELECOM has signed an agreement with SEAVIN PSS Egypt, in which DCS TELECOM deliver secure reliable communication via satellite links to many of its offices locations in Egypt.
SEAVIN PSS Egypt is a service company operating under the US military AID to Egypt
