A customer start using Internet on his Diamond-8 package, which is 8Mbps Download and 2Mbps Upload.
Once he has used more than 100GB of data traffic (calculated on cumulative Download+Upload), a speed reduction occurs according to the Fair Use Policy Table visible at the bottom of the page (the orange table).
So, now he only getting a maximum of 4Mbps download and 1Mbps Upload. (Step B in the table).
The customer continues using data and at 115GB there is further speed reduction to 2Mbps Download and 512Kbps Upload (Step C).
At the end of the month there is an automatic cut and the data count starts from zero with full speed for the first 100GB again.
The FAP Reset allows the customer to make that cut at any time if he doesn’t want to wait until the beginning of the new month to regain full speed. (3)
